Our Tray sealers are versatile and reliable machines, suitable for packaging various categories of products in preformed trays (in PS, PP, APET, CPET, Aluminium and laminated cardboard). The numerous optional extras make them highly customisable solutions, capable of satisfying the most ambitious requirements. The packaging applications are also numerous and include MAP (modified atmosphere packaging), Gas Flush, Vacuum, Skin and all its variants. With these machines, Ilpra aims to provide customers with an effective partner for their production, capable of reducing consumption, increasing productivity and guaranteeing product quality.

Foodpack Hyper - 1250 ( 2021)

FOODPACK HYPER

Hyper is the line of in-lineTray sealers that Ilpra has designed in response to demand from large-scale production. In this project, born in 2020, Ilpra has concentrated all the resources belonging to the technical department of research and development. Foodpack Hyper incorporates the ambition of being able to offer a fast, tireless machine that could border on the idea of perpetual motion. This led to the decision to incorporate CPS technology, which enables the continuous inflow of trays (Constant placement system), and which allows high cyclic rates on a variety of applications. Everything about the Foodpack Hyper has been designed to make it easy to integrate into any production line or process . Other standard features on the machine are the anti-crush system, the badge for identification of authorised personnel and automatic film tensioning. The area of sealing is 1000 x 450 x h 120 mm for the Hyper 1000 version and 1250 x 450 x h 120 mm for the Hyper 1250 version.

ILPRA - Foodpack 1440 - Food packaging

FOODPACK 1440.

Characterised by high performance and maximum flexibility of use, FoodPack 1440 is available in the version with loading chain or with oscillating glyph system to meet different production requirements. The format changeover is fast and easy and thearea of sealing is 400 x 270 x h 120 mm. The main movements are mechanical, driven by electric motors and guarantee low running costs. It can work in solo sealingin vacuum, in modified atmosphere, and in sealing type skin.

FOODPACK 1465

The FoodPack 1465 is characterised byhigh performance and maximum flexibility. Suitable for a variety of production requirements, this model can be easily integrated into an automatic production line thanks to its belt loading system. The sealingarea of 680 x 350 x h 120 mm guarantees high production rates. The colour touch screen control panel allows the operator to easily set or monitor machine parameters. The compact design allows the machine to operate in a compact footprint, while the main mechanical movements driven by brushless motors ensure low running costs. Standard on this model is the CPS technology that allows a constant inflow of trays.

FOODPACK 1485

The FoodPack 1485 model is the fully automatic in-line tray sealer that offers the largest area of sealing in the range. Suitable for medium-high production, designed to be easily integrated into an automated production line and customizable according to specific production requirements. Standard on this model is the CPS technology that allows a constant inflow of trays. The FoodPack 1485 is equipped with the E-Mec electromechanical handling system to reduce energy consumption and increase productivity. It offers a sealing area up to 850 mm; it also guarantees low running costs and can work only in sealing, vacuum, modified atmosphere, and in skin type sealing.

FOODPACK M7

The main objective of the Foodpack M7 is to increase productivity while reducing energy consumption. Thanks to brushless servomotors, Ilpra has succeeded in concentrating high performance and sophisticated ease of use in this Tray sealer in-line machine. Easy disassembly and short mould changeover times are just some of the strengths of this model, which is capable of packaging in all possible applications, including skin and its variables. Standard on this model is CPS technology, which allows a constant inflow of trays. The area of sealing is 720 x 420 x h 120 mm.

FOODPACK M11

The FoodPack M11 is a fully automatic in-line packaging machine designed to meet high production volumes. It offers a sealingarea of 1,100 mm and can work in single-pack, vacuum, twin-pack and double-pack. sealingin vacuum, in modified atmosphere and in skinEquipped with the E-Mec electromechanical handling system to reduce energy consumption and increase productivity, thanks to its innovative construction design FoodPack M11 is also easily integrated into an automated production line and can be customised according to specific production requirements.

FOODPACK SPEEDY

FoodPack Speedy is afully automatic in-line Tray sealer . It was born out of the need to offer an accessible and at the same time ambitious machine for those who require a fast and precise work cycle . The accessible applications are numerous, from simple sealing to vacuum, MAP and various types and classes of packaging skin. The colour touchscreen interface is simple and intuitive, making it easy to use even for inexperienced personnel. In addition, thehigh degree of customisation of the machine'scomponents ensures that it can be applied to any type of product to be packaged. Built in stainless steel and complying with IP 65 protection standards, Speedy is a Tray sealer designed to minimise running costs. Reliability, ease of cleaning and maintenance, easy programming and a wide range of customisation options are just some of its strengths. The Ilpra ProGas technology, which is standard on this model, guarantees a higher production speed and therefore greater productivity.

Speedy Duo is an automatic machine configured with two independent sealing units that can be activated via touchscreen. This mode allows you to eliminate mould changes and gain time for your production . Like the other Ilpra models, the Speedy Duo is highly customisable and can be integrated with other process lines .

An evolution of Basic, the Tray sealer E-Mec has the same functional and application features, but is equipped with a fully electromechanical handling system. The E-Mec technology allows for greater speed and productivity and limits the mechanical stress on the components. It also reduces pneumatic consumption and limits noise emissions, to the benefit of the people working on the machine.

Rotobasic tray sealer - Optimised packaging

ROTOBASIC FOODPACK

Rotobasic is a bench-top Tray sealer with the same characteristics as the Basic model, but equipped with a manual rotary table with two stations, which allows loading/unloading of the trays to be carried out at one station while the other station carries out the sealing/ cutting operations. In this way, the execution time of a complete work cycle is considerably reduced. The moulds of this model are perfectly compatible with those of the Basic model.

Reliable and robust, compared to the Basic model the FoodPack Energy is characterised by a higher output of sealing and alarger area of sealing . The Ilpra ProGas technology, which is standard on this model, guarantees a higher production speed and therefore greater productivity.

FOODPACK 400

The Tray sealer FoodPack 400 is suitable for sealing of different types of containers (plastic, aluminium, laminated cardboard) and has alarge area at sealing. Packaging is simple and intuitive: the trays are inserted into the sealing area and then removed manually, while the film unwinding/rewinding functions are performed automatically.

FOODPACK 400 EXTRA

The FoodPack 400 Extra is acompact Tray sealer , ideal for small and medium production runs. It is an extremely versatile machine, capable of working in six different types of packaging. Thearea of sealing is 400X300 mm and it is possible to use moulds with up to 2 impressions, thus doubling productivity. It can be packed by sealing, vacuum packed, modified atmosphere packed and packed in skin.

FOODPACK 400 EXTRA ROTO

FoodPack 400 Extra Roto is a tray sealer with rotary table. It allows loading/unloading of the packed trays on one station while the sealing/cutting operations are carried out on the other.
This model also allows to pack in Skin, OverSkin and ExtraSkin. With these applications, the working times on both stations are almost equivalent, and this optimizes execution time and efficiency.
