Fill Seal Machines

Fill and seal machines. They are designed to satisfy different production requirements (from small output to high production by fully automatic lines). They are ideal for packaging liquid/doughy products such as yogurt, sauces, jam, soup, etc. The product is filled inside pre formed cups (made of PS, PP, APET CPET, aluminum and coupled cardboard) , on the top of which compatible pre-cut lids are sealed. The Fill Seal Film version seals and cuts film coming from reel. The ILPRA Fill Seal are available in sealing only or with vacuum/gas facilities to extend the product shelf life.

FS 20000

It is a 10-line machine able to work 20.000 pieces per hour; in the best working conditions it can even achieve an output of 24.000 pieces per hour.

Conceived to automatically fill and seal dairy products and adaptable to every kind of liquid and doughy products, it is suitable for medium and large outputs and is completely made of high quality materials (the filler is made of stinless steel AISI 316).

FS 10000

It is a 4-line machine conceived to automatically fill and seal dairy products and adaptable to every kind of liquid and doughy products. It is suitable for medium and large outputs and is completely made of high quality materials (the filler is made of stainless steel AISI 316). All the main functions of the machine , except the sealing that is pneumatic, are mechanic , thus granting a high precision in working and a remarkable easiness in usage and maintenance.

This model is fully automatic and is designed to pack a range of liquid and viscous products into preformed containers made from PS, PET, PP, and aluminium or coupled cardboard. The containers are then sealed with compatible pre-cut lids.
