Tray sealers

Tray sealers. They are designed to match different production needs (from small up to high productions by fully automatic lines). Product can be packed only sealing or in MAP, inside pre-formed containers (PS, PP, APET CPET aluminum or coupled cardboard) sealed with lid film.

The ILPRA FOODPACK 1404 model is a fully automatic high production tray sealer (sealing area 1100mm X 500mm X 120mm).

The machine is available in two versions: tray lidding only and MAP version. The FP 1404 uses ILPRA e-mec technology (logo), that means the electro-mechanical motion of working stations which provides energy-saving, reduced costs of maintenance and working precision.

The FOODPACK 1403 is a completely automatic tray sealer designed for high productions.
The mechanical movement of this model results in a very high working precision.
Because of the wide sealing area the FP 1403 is equipped with an air/oil booster which gives off a pressure of 7 tons to grant a perfect sealing.

FOODPACK 1402, a fully automatic high production tray sealer, available in both versions for sealing and MAP packaging.

The machine is primarily constructed in stainless steel and has IP 65 class protection making the 1402 the ideal machine to work in aggressive environments.

The FOODPACK 1401 is an in-lane tray-sealing machine, completely automatic. The machine is available either in N (only sealing) version or in VG, the latter to package under vacuum and/or in MAP.

The FOODPACK 1400 is a completely automatic tray sealer that grants a simple and efficient working cycle. The output can achieve 1400 cycles per hour in the best working conditions. The FP 1400 model is available in two versions: FP 1400 for sealing only and FP 1400 V/G for vacuum packaging or vacuum/gas packaging. This machine can run trays having different shapes and made of different materials, such as PP, PS, APET, CPET, cardboard, etc... The machine is completely made of stainless steel and anodized aluminum.

The FOODPACK MECDRIVE model is suitable for medium and big production and is particularly versatile, as it is possible to change the tray size in about 10 minutes. It is an in-line machine designed for the traditional sealing and to work in modified atmosphere or under vacuum (Vacuum/gas version) with trays made of PP, PET, PS, aluminium and coupled cardboard by means of sealable/compatible film coming from a reel or pre-cut lids.

The FOOD PACK BIG MEC model is suitable for big productions. The BIG MEC maintains the tradition of great innovations brought to the thermosealing machines.

It is an in-line machine designed to seal pre-formed trays made of PP, PET, PS aluminium and coupled cardboard by means of sealable compatible film coming from a reel or pre-cut lids.The version equipped with the vacuum/gas system allows for vacuum-sealed under modified atmosphere packs.

The FOODPACK SPEEDY DUE is an in-line machine whose structural principles meet the hygienic and safety requirements of the standards in force.
Thanks to the materials used for its manufacturing, the FP SPEEDY DUE machine is suitable for working in wet and/or aggressive environments. All the electric connections have got IP 65 class protection.

The FOODPACK 800 mod. is suitable for sealing different kinds of trays (plastic, aluminium and coupled cardboard) by means of heatsealable/compatible film coming from reel or pre-cut lids.It is also possible to obtain the under vacuum packaging, by using the Vacuum/Gas model (60 m3 vacuum pump).

The model 400 is suitable for sealing different kinds of trays ( plastic, aluminum, coupled cardboard) by means of heatsealable/compatible film coming from a reel or pre cut lids. The feeding of trays to the sealing area and the consequent ejection of the same area manually performed (by means of a tray carrier), while the film unwinding/rewinding and sealing/cutting are automatically performed.

It is a bench model having the same main features as the BASIC model , but equipped with a manual rotary table with 2 working stations that allows to carry out the loading/unloading operations of the trays , while in the second unit the sealing/cutting operations (and V/G) are being performed. Therefore the time needed for a complete working cycle is reduced notably. The moulds of this model are wholly compatible with the ones of the BASIC model.

ILPRA is pleased to present the new FOODPACK ENERGY model, featuring the same reliability and strength as the FOODPACK BASIC model. It is a semi-automatic table top tray sealer, ideal for small productions.
