FS 8000

The FILL SEAL 8000 is a mechanically-acted rotary fill/seal machine equipped with an eight-station turntable.

This model is fully automatic and is designed to pack a range of liquid and viscous products into preformed containers made from PS, PET, PP, and aluminium or coupled cardboard. The containers are then sealed with compatible pre-cut lids.
Typical products packed on the FS 8000 include yogurt, cheese, milk, margarine, butter, jam, honey, sauces, soups.

The machine is completely made of stainless steel and anodized aluminum and is IP65 rated. It is able to achieve an output up to 8000 pieces per hour, working 4 containers per cycle.
In spite of its compact size the machine can achieve a high output, thus keeping the best quality features of ILPRA tradition.
- The main movements are mechanical and controlled by a microprocessor. The speed is electronically regulated by an inverter. The cleaning and maintenance operations are very simple.
- The machine can be customized by incorporating several options, such as:
CIP (cleaning in place), Snap-on-lid system, DOSATRONIC version that has automatic calibration and adjustment of the doser, Laminar flow cap with filtered positive air-flow, Insulated and heated hoppers.
