FP MEC DRIVE

The FOODPACK MECDRIVE model is suitable for medium and big production and is particularly versatile, as it is possible to change the tray size in about 10 minutes. It is an in-line machine designed for the traditional sealing and to work in modified atmosphere or under vacuum (Vacuum/gas version) with trays made of PP, PET, PS, aluminium and coupled cardboard by means of sealable/compatible film coming from a reel or pre-cut lids.

This machine is designed to use innovative sealing moulds much lighter. This makes the size change operation easier and less heavy, which is very important when the customers employ female staff.

This model is able to carry out about 1400 cycles/hour when working without Vacuum/Gas. Of course, working with moulds with more impressions, the output of the machine is obtained multiplying this value by the number of impressions of the mould.
