Research and Development

The Research and Development activity led by ILPRA Group regards both the study of new packaging systems and the application of new special materials for packaging, and the implementation of existing technologies to continuously improve the efficiency of the lines.

The facilities available to this activity are located in the production area in Mortara and include:

- The technical department with a team of technical designers and engineers

- The testing area where our engineers can run suitable tests thanks to the wide range of machine models that are available together with packaging materials and gas (for MAP testing)

- A laboratory where the results of the performed tests are verified and both physical and chemical tests on packaging materials are carried out.
